I’m Deirdre- botanist, flower-presser and founder of Pod & Petal. Using traditional flower-pressing methods, I preserve your wedding bouquet to create beautiful, bespoke pieces of botanical art. Each one is designed by hand in my Yorkshire studio and framed to treasure forever.
How it works
Step 1
Check availability
Get in touch to check availability around your wedding date. Once confirmed, you can book in with a £50 deposit to secure your date.
Step 2
Send Your Flowers
You'll need to send your flowers to me as soon as possible after your wedding. I’ll guide you through how to package your bouquet so it arrives safely, and which postage options are best. Drop-off to my home studio can also be arranged.
Step 3
The Creative Process
Your flowers are carefully pressed using specialist techniques, then designed into a bespoke design. We’ll discuss layout, framing options and colours before your piece is finalised. You can also add on extra larger frames or choose mini A5 frames for gifting to loved ones.
Step 4
Your Keepsake is Ready
Once your order is complete, your artwork is safely delivered to your door using an express courier service.
