SHIPPING POLICY

Pod & Petal recommends that your flowers are sent via next day delivery using either Royal Mail Special delivery or an alternative next day courier. We must receive your flowers within 5 days of your wedding/event to ensure best results, the sooner we receive them the better.
Sometimes older flowers may still be suitable for pressing, however we will use our discretion to judge the condition and workability of your flowers if arriving late. If flowers arrive in a less than ideal condition and we will use our discretion to press the best flowers available. If your flowers arrive in an unworkable condition, we will contact you to discuss further options, which may include ordering of replacement stems at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for all postage/courier costs associated with sending your flowers to Pod & Petal for pressing.
