How to book wedding flower preservation
How it works
Step 1
Please contact me here to check availability in the first instance. A £50 deposit will then be required to secure your date.
Full payment of balance is not due until the frame is ready to be dispatched, approximately 14-16 weeks after we receive your flowers. During busy times the turnaround may be slightly longer.
Step 2
Send your flowers
We accept flowers from all over the UK, and its best to get them to us as soon as possible. Shipping is straightforward and we will advise on how to package your bouquet to ensure it arrives in great condition.
Alternatively, you can drop off your flowers at my home studio, located near York.
Pick-up may be available from selected locations, including your wedding venue, the day after your wedding.

Step 3
The Creative Process
When we receive your flowers, the bouquet will be carefully separated into individual flowers, sometimes to each individual petal, and pressed using our specialist methods to ensure the very best result for your flowers.
Once completely pressed and dry, they will then be designed into your chosen style and size for you to approve.
At this stage, you can also add on any additional frames to your order. We will consult with you on the final design and framing options.
Step 4
Your Keepsake is Ready
Your frames will be carefully packaged and boxed and shipped to your door (UK only) using an express courier service.

Our real wood frames are sourced from a Yorkshire-based supplier and are offered in three colours: Dark Oak, Natural Oak, Black or White, and your pressed flowers will be mounted on acid-free, white or black backing.

A4 size frame

This frame is best suited to smaller bouquets or partial bouquets/floral arrangements.
A4 sized frame in either landscape or portrait orientation, available in any or our standard frame colour options, in any of the above design options: collage, bouquet or meadow.

A3 size frame

Most popular size choice for wedding flowers- this size allows full representation of all the flowers in your bouquet, and is just the right size to fit in most homes!
A3 size frame in either landscape or portrait orientation, framed in any of our standard frame colour options, in any of the above design options: collage, bouquet or meadow.

A2 size frame

A real statement piece to fill any blank wall in your home! This is our largest size and is a great choice for a statement preserved wedding flower display.
A2 sized frame in either landscape or portrait orientation, framed in any of our standard frame colour options, in any of the above design options: collage, bouquet or meadow.

I operate a pre-booking in system in order for me to manage your orders. Please let me know here when your wedding date will be and I will then contact you with confirmation and a booking deposit link.
